About The Modon

Discover Our Mission and Vision for Future Success

MODON is an architecture, urbanism and engineering practice based in Libya, working across architecture, urban planning, urban design, landscape, interiors, engineering and construction. Our work brings together design thinking, technical expertise and a deep understanding of place to create buildings, urban environments and development strategies that respond to their context and remain relevant over time. From individual buildings to large-scale urban developments, MODON works across different scales and disciplines, integrating architecture, engineering, landscape and sustainability within a collaborative design process. Our approach is shaped by research, environmental responsibility and an understanding of the social, cultural and spatial identity of each place. We see sustainability not as a separate discipline, but as an integral part of how places are conceived, designed and delivered. Through collaboration with clients, specialists and international partners, MODON combines local insight with international expertise, taking projects from early vision and strategic planning through design, technical development and delivery. We design places for today, with the capacity to endure, adapt and remain meaningful over time.
